All carers are highly-qualified, up-to-date with care sector developments and regulatory issues, as well as keeping close links with related health services in order to keep care packages appropriate to individual needs.
Day and respite care are also available at Millbrae, with a flexible programme of activities proving a popular addition.

I came to Millbrae in October 2025. I am a registered adult nurse, and I am an experienced Care Home Manager. I have worked in social care since 2016, from being a staff nurse, clinical lead nurse, deputy manager and then home manager.
I believe that all residents in our care should receive the highest standard of care, and although it is not their own home, it should be as homely and as close to their own home as possible. Our residents' lives should be enjoyed as much as possible in whatever way they choose.
